The name says it all! All Top Turnip is all about the tops. This variety yields large, delicious greens with plants that are densely packed with smooth, green leaves. It is a "cut and come again" type of crop, allowing for harvesting throughout the growing season. While the roots are inedible, All Top Turnip has a strong root system that can support multiple harvests. It regrows vigorously, producing large green leaves even after several cuttings. You can harvest the leaves as baby turnip greens or let them grow to full size. For baby leaf turnips, the time to maturity is just 35 days, while larger leaves take around 50 days to mature.
