Bayou Kale

Bayou is a medium-maturing forage brassica typically planted for pasture, food plots, cattle forage, and livestock grazing. It has good winter hardiness and features smooth leaves with a sweet, nutty flavor appealing to human taste. This plant is resistant to foot traffic and cold temperatures. Although it does not produce tubers, it has significant taproots that help mine the soil for nutrients.
