Captain Jack Pumpkin

Captain Jack is an extra-large pumpkin characterized by its upright barrel shape and large, sturdy handles. The vigorous, expansive vines produce plentiful yields of dark orange fruit, which typically weigh between 35 and 45 pounds. The fruit features medium ribbing and thick flesh, which helps prevent flat sides. It stands upright on its own and germinates within 6 to 10 days.
