Carpetgrass

Carpetgrass is an exceptional creeping, warm-season perennial grass that thrives in the West Indies and has successfully made its way to the United States since the early 1800s. It's especially prevalent in the southeastern states, where it flourishes in poorly drained soils that challenge many other grasses. With its resemblance to centipede grass, carpetgrass offers a lush, dense turf that stands out in both leaf density and appearance. Its ability to grow in wet, low-pH conditions and moderate shade tolerance makes it an ideal choice for challenging landscapes. When you apply moderate fertilizer, you will enjoy vibrant growth and color. Plus, carpetgrass is easy to maintain, requiring minimal fertilization. Embrace carpetgrass for a beautiful, hassle-free lawn that performs where others can't!
