Copenhagen Market Cabbage

This Danish original has been a favorite among gardeners for over a century and serves as a benchmark for many varieties developed since. The cabbage heads mature quickly, measuring 6 to 8 inches in diameter and weighing 3 to 4 pounds. They are tightly wrapped, making them ideal for small gardens. This variety is adaptable to various climates, resistant to splitting, and can be stored for up to six months.
