Cream Cowpeas

These bushy plants, growing 2 to 3 feet tall, produce abundantly. They have 6 to 9-inch pods containing large, creamy-white seeds—about 18 to 20 seeds per pod—that are easy to shell. Uniquely, fresh seeds have a flavor reminiscent of a mix between English peas and cowpeas.
