White Proso Millet

Proso millet is one of the most drought-tolerant and cost-effective annual grasses. Although it is the shortest-growing millet, it tends to grow taller in the northern plains compared to the central or southern plains. This plant produces heads in less than 60 days, making it an excellent choice for game bird mixes. For optimal results, it is best to plant White Proso Millet in well-drained soils.
