Jade Knight pumpkins are recognized for their striking blue-green color, making them a popular choice among growers each fall. Their attractive blocky shape and distinctive shoulders make them easy to decorate and pair with other pumpkins. These pumpkins are also edible, featuring a bright yellow interior similar to that of a buttercup. Weighing between 7 and 10 pounds, Jade Knight pumpkins germinate within 6 to 10 days.
