The Secretariat is a high-yield, high test weight, moderately early heading, short-statured, six-row winter variety with good winter hardiness. It has the potential to be a valuable commodity for feed, food, and fuel ethanol production. Overall, the grain quality of Secretariat is superior to that of many hulled varieties.
